组织结构（Organizational Structure）

    本所实行首席律师制度。主任律师、副主任律师和业务总监在职权范围内独立开展工作并对首席律师负责。首席律师与主任律师、副主任律师、业务总监共同组成本所集体管理机构。本所设办公室、财务室、档案室等行政部门和民商事务部、海商事务部、刑事事务部、非诉事务部和综合事务部等业务部门。日常工作事务由行政主管负责。

    The work system employed in Liaoning Mintong Law Firm is the Chief Lawyer System. The Director Lawyer, Vice-Director Lawyer and the Business Director of the law firm work independently within the limits of obligations and powers while being responsible directly to the Chief Lawyer. These four people constitute the Administrative Body of the Firm. Liaoning Mintong Law Firm splits into several administrative departments, such as administrative and finance offices, archives room, etc.; it also consists of different business departments, like civil and commercial affairs, maritime law, criminal affairs, non-litigation affairs, and general legal affairs. The Administrative Director is in charge of the routine work of Liaoning Mintong Law Firm.
