个人简介

王利民，首席律师，执行管理人。1959年7月生，吉林省梅河口市人。大连海事大学法学院二级教授，法学博士，博士生导师。大连海事大学民法哲学研究中心主任、法律硕士教育中心主任。中国法学会民法学研究会常务理事；辽宁省民法学会（社团法人）会长；辽宁省法学会常务理事，辽宁省法学会民法学研究会会长。中共辽宁省委、辽宁省人民政府第五、第六届决策咨询委员会委员。何勤华主编《中国法学家访谈录》入选法学家。国家社会科学基金重大项目（14ZDC022）首席专家。

主要研究领域为民商法学，包括外国民商法学、国际私法学、比较民法学、知识产权法学；主要研究方向为中国民法学和民法哲学。

王利民教授主持首届“全国民法基础理论与民法哲学论坛”

1983年本科生毕业于吉林大学历史系，1986年硕士研究生毕业于吉林大学法律系，2006年取得大连海事大学法学博士学位。1986年7月至2002年2月在东北财经大学法律系任教，曾担任该校法学研究所副所长、所长，法律系副主任、法学院副院长（主持工作，成立法学院）。2002年3月起任教于大连海事大学法学院。2002年11月，国家教育部民法骨干教师培训班学习。2005年10月，当选辽宁省法学会民法学研究会第一届理事会会长，2010年9月、2015年9月，2020年10月，连任第二、三、四届理事会会长。2006年4月至2011年9月，任大连海事大学专业学位教育学院副院长、法律硕士教育中心主任。2007年7月，美国肯尼索州立大学培训学习。2011年3月，创办辽宁民同律师事务所。2011年9月至2017年10月，任大连海事大学法学院副院长、法律硕士教育中心主任。2012年2月受聘中共辽宁省委、辽宁省人民政府第五届决策咨询委员会委员，2017年连任。2013年8月入选何勤华主编《中国法学家访谈录》（第六卷，北京大学出版社2013年8月版）。2013年10月，当选社团法人辽宁省民法学会第一届理事会会长，2018年10月，连任第二届理事会会长。2013年发起创办 “全国民法基础理论与民法哲学论坛”（中国法学会民法学研究会主办），2013年11月、2015年5月、2017年7月、2019年9月，首届至第四届论坛，分别在大连举行，产生全国性学术影响。辽宁省民法学会被中国法学会民法学研究会确定为论坛组织单位。2015年4月，经学校文件批准成立大连海事大学民法哲学研究中心任主任。2015年12月，创办学术网站“中国民法哲学网”。

出版《民法道德论》（国家社科基金后期资助项目成果）、《人的私法地位》第二版（“十二五”国家重点规划出版图书）、《民法的精神构造——民法哲学的思考》（“十二五”国家重点规划出版图书）、《境外影视作品版权二元保护论》（司法部项目成果）、《民法本论》、《物权本论》、《民法学》、《知识产权法学》、《知识产权法教程》、《民法原理》等著作二十余部；发表《民事责任归责原则新论——过错推定规则的演进：现代归责原则的发展》等论文一百余篇；主持包括国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家社会科学基金后期资助项目、司法部国家法治与法学理论研究项目、辽宁省社会科学基金项目等在内的国家和省部级科研项目十多项。

Personal Profile:

Professor Wang Limin, born on July 1959, in Mei Hekou, Jilin Province, is the Chief Lawyer as well as the Executive Manager of Liaoning Mintong Law Firm. As a Doctor of Law and a PhD Supervisor, Professor Wang teaches at the Law School of Dalian Maritime University (hereafter abbreviated as DMU). Professor Wang has published over 10 books and more than 90 academic theses, as well as presided over several national and provincial level scientific research projects (e.g. 14ZDC022) supported by the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Justice and the Social Science Fund Program of Liaoning Province. He is also the selected jurist in Chinese Jurist Interviews. Besides teaching students, Professor Wang is also the Deputy Dean of the Law School of DMU and the Director of J.M Education Center.

In addition to the school work, Professor Wang is engaged in various social activities related to academic and law affairs. He is the president of the Civil Law Association of Liaoning Province, the executive and committee member of the Law Society of Liaoning Province, and a member of the Civil Law Research Association of China to name a few. In 2013, Professor Wang launched the National Civil Law Forum of Basic Theory and Philosophy, which was hosted by China Civil Law Research Association. The first forum was held in DMU. For its significant academic influence, Civil Law Association of Liaoning Province was determined as the organizer of this forum. In August the same year, Professor Wang was selected into the Chinese Jurist Interviews (the sixth volume, Peking University Press), which is written by well-known Professor He Qinhua.
